As of 1 January 2024, Tchibo Coffee International Limited and Matthew Algie & Company Limited, both members of the Tchibo Coffee Service Group, will have merged its business and operations.
All members using Tchibo will be transferred to Matthew Algie from 1 January.
As a Tchibo customer, your contract with Tchibo will be transferred to Matthew Algie (company number SC028433). Your contract will continue without any changes to the terms and conditions however you will be required to set up a new Matthew Algie Supplier Account to continue to order via Procure Wizard. You can expect to see Matthew Algie’s name and branding on invoices and communications. Additionally, Tchibo customers have the option to request a legal novation if you wish to transfer your contract formally to Matthew Algie. For further details regarding the novation process or any inquiries related to this option, please reach out to your account manager.
Current Tchibo banking information will remain unchanged but for the change of account name to Matthew Algie.
