Flexible working top perk for hospitality workers

Research from independent job site CV Library has revealed how important workplace perks are to hospitality workers with 70% of professionals stating that they consider perks to be a key factor when looking for a job.

Flexible working (50%) came out on top of the survey followed by seasonal bonuses (33%) and staff discounts (29%). Extra holiday, casual dress code and free office snacks and drink also featured in the top ten.

Tesco Booker merger Charles Wilson chief executive

The boards of Tesco PLC, the UK's leading food retailer, and Booker Group plc, the UK's leading food wholesaler, have agreed the terms of a recommended share and cash merger to create the country’s leading food business.
