School meal provider, Norse Catering, has launched its new brand ‘Fresssh’ for students at Dereham Neatherd on Monday 25 February.

As well as the change in branding, the lunchtime menu has been ‘transformed’ with a new range of ‘street’ and ‘bowl’ food created by Norse development chef, Gary Dyos, to replicate current and emerging food trends found on the high street.

School meals provider and social enterprise, Local Food Links (LFL) has won the Federation of Small Businesses Scale Up Business of the Year award in the South West and will now go on to compete in the national finals in May.

It said that the ‘entire firm is feeling very proud’.

LFL has opened a new hub kitchen in Weymouth and has been supplying 15 additional schools from September 2018, taking the total number of schools it works with up to 50.
