• Lot 1: Light Catering Equipment (all items one-stop shop) and walk in freezers - 12 suppliers
• Lot 2: Catering Uniforms including PPE - 7 suppliers
• Lot 3: Sustainable alternatives to disposables (cups and boxes) - 7 suppliers
• Lot 4: Cookware - 10 suppliers
• Lot 5: Refrigeration (all items one-stop shop) - 9 suppliers
• Lot 6: Specialist cold rooms - 8 suppliers
• Lot 7: Warewashing - 9 suppliers
• Lot 8: Kitchen Ventilation Systems - 3 suppliers
• Lot 9: Heavy Catering Appliances - 9 suppliers
• Lot 10: Heavy Catering Equipment - 9 suppliers
The contract commenced on 13th November 2018.
