LACA Spring Seminar programme updated

The LACA Spring Seminar programme has been released and includes an update on the implications of Brexit on school meals.
In addition, it will include an update on LACA’s Host a School Chef programme by Nigel Argyle from Elygra Marketing and a presentation on the potential changes to the School Food Standards.
Before lunch, there will also be an interview with the new LACA School Chef of the Year by School Caterer and Cost Sector Catering editor David Foad.
