Family hamper initiative: 4-week cycle food boxes

UK ingredients manufacturer Macphie has developed a family hamper initiative to guarantee availability of hot meals for children and their parents during the nationwide lockdown.
The pack contains recipes and a full list of ingredients required to produce a week’s worth of hot meals to feed an entire family.
Example recipes include a cheesy sweetcorn pasta, tomato pizza and Chinese vegetable noodles. The hampers include chilled and frozen products as well as some of Macphie’s bakery mixes and ready-to-use sauces. All suggested ingredients are easily accessible through usual supplier routes.
Each meal is nutritionally balanced and comes with simple step-by-step instructions.
Families eligible for the hampers can collect from an agreed pick-up point once a week to reduce the number of times families need to leave the home.
