MCFT, established since 1992 is recognized as market leaders in commercial kitchen maintenance.  With 2 directly employed teams of Catering and Refrigeration engineers based across the country, we can meet all nationwide requirements.  Since 2015 we have developed a strong presence across the Middle East

The UK operation based in Maidenhead has c125 personnel of which 75 are field based engineers located strategically across the country.  The Southern, Head Office is supplemented by our Northern Office in Manchester

We have been awarded IIP Platinum in 2017 and were one of the first 20 companies to have achieved this out of 40,000 members.

Last year we had four in-house training schemes accredited by City & Guilds.  The ‘Assured’ scheme is a joint venture between City & Guilds and ILM that recognises world class in-house training.

MCFT has been awarded ‘Assured’ status for 4 programmes including Leadership Academy (UK and Gulf region), Commercial Kitchen Technician (Gulf region), Commercial Catering Engineer (UK) and Commercial Fridge Engineer (UK).

This means the programmes have been assessed against best practice standards with 5 key components: design and delivery, planning and management, employee/learner support, quality assurance; evaluation and continuous development.

Our product centres around our people which is the reason why we invest so heavily in training and development.

Our engineers are supported by the Back-Office team in Maidenhead where there’s a traditional mix of Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Accounts & Finance, Compliance & HR, Business Improvement & IT.

We focus very heavily on service excellence and every job carried out is assessed both internally and via live feedback provided by customers at the point of delivery.

All customers are provided unlimited access to IRIS our asset management portal. This self-built system provides real-time access to all relevant information aimed at making our customers’ lives easier.
