This is a FREE to attend event where suppliers to caterers showcase new products and services to school meal and hospital caterers.
The event is aimed at all school and hospital caterers; catering managers, operational managers, bursars, business managers, heads of catering services and other key decision makers from throughout the region who are welcome to attend.
New for 2018 – Enter the regional finishing touches competition, with four categories;
Decorated Novelty Cake, Biscuits, Cupcakes and Bread Basket Selection.
