LACA Webinar - Preparing for School Catering Service Post Lockdown

An interactive webinar where the LACA board will share some good practice guidance as you prepare to receive an increasing amount of pupils as schools start a gradual return over the coming months. 

The programme will include:        

LACA Update from Stephen Forster, LACA Chair

Good practice review and guidelines:

  • Premises and Equipment
  • Staffing and Resources
  • Food supply and simplifying your meal provision

The short presentations will be followed by a panel session where members questions and concerns will be answered.   Following the webinar we will be providing access to the documents through the members section of the website.
