The next South West Regional event will be held on 4th October at Exeter City Football Club. The event will include a workshop and demonstration from Rational chefs on 'Getting the most from your Combi oven'. There will be an opportunity to find out how they meet the half time demands on match days and how we can adapt these techniques for our school settings.
