As well as an ideal opportunity to meet with fellow industry professions, the day will provide a varied programme of speakers and interactive sessions, to include:

• Join the development chef from Clever Chef for some menu ideas
• Barry from Devils Kitchen shows us about the children’s school food compliant vegan products and menu ideas and their new learning resource
• Meet the South West’s SCOTY finalist, Jenny Brown who tells all about her experience in the finals, where she took 2nd place. Could this be you next year?
• Business meeting with all the updates from the National Board

Our regional business meeting will keep you up to date with all the news and views nationally and  in the South West. Come and help shape  your LACA region.
