This year the Universal Cookery and Food Festival (UCFF) will take place in Welwyn, Hertfordshire, on a beautiful third generation family-owned riverside farm – Tewinbury Farm on the 16th September 2025.
In previous years members of LACA have attended the festival and enjoyed the laid back learning and inspiration that ucff aspires to be.
