Following the culmination of School Chef of The Year 2019 the LACA Spring National Seminar, taking place at the Stratford Manor Hotel, will have a full programme of speakers and debates as well as a live interview with the 2019 winner.
The winner will have been announced at a celebratory dinner the night before which all are welcome to attend. Places at the dinner and accomodation as well as the seminar can be booked here.
